Soap Testing Notes

Acceleration: None. This fragrance oil performs beautifully in cold process soap, allowing plenty of time for detailed work.

Discoloration: Deep Tan to Brown. Due to the vanillin content (1-5%), this soap will naturally discolor to a rich, dark hue which complements the "Noir" theme.

Scent Retention: Excellent. The deep wood and earthy base notes ensure the fragrance remains potent and complex after cure.

*Testing performed in a standard CP soap base at a 3% fragrance load.

Storage & Handling

Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight to prevent oxidation.
Keep bottle tightly sealed when not in use to preserve aromatic strength.
For best results, use within 12 months of opening.
If stored in cold temperatures, the oil may exhibit signs of crystallization. If this occurs, gently warm the bottle in a warm water bath and shake well to dissolve crystals before use.
